Enjoy authentic Greek flavors using LIDA THESTIADA® olives
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes cut into 8 each
1 cucumber sliced (if tender do not remove the peel)
1 green pepper sliced
1 onion sliced
10 kalamata olives
½ jar of capers
150g feta cheese cut into cubes
2 tbls. vinegar
additional olive oil
salt
oregano
Instructions:
In a bowl with water and a little salt, add the onion rings for 5'to remove the burn.
In a bowl put the tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper, capers, onion, olive oil, salt and vinegar. The stir all together and decorate the salad with cheese, olives and oregano.
