OLIVE OIL CAKE

Enjoy authentic Greek flavors using LIDA UESTIADA® olives

Ingredients:

  • 175 ml olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g yogurt 2%
  • 2 orange scratch
  • 225g self raising flour
  • 175g sugar
  • 2 vanilia


Preperation:

Preheat the oven to 180o C in air.

In a large bowl empty the oil, eggs, yogurt and orange zest.

Beat the above ingredients very well with a hand whisk, until the yogurt dissolves and our ingredients are homogenized.

Add all the other ingredients and mix with a fork, so that we have a uniform mixture and put it in an elongated mold measuring 10x25 cm that we have buttered-floured.

Bake our cake for 50 minutes!
